'Dear Jacqueline Rudolphie, we've been fascinated by your refined and creative artworks made through a very good technique like 'Red Horizon', 'None Gone' and 'Water is tough' where abstract formal compositions and landscapes profiles dialogue with great energy and power. Congratulations for the quality of your works' Paola Trevisan, Trevisan Art, Italy
'Dear Ms Rudolphie, ...let me tell you how much we like your work, especially 'My Horizon nr. 1' and 'None gone'....' Claire Boutry, Artistic Director Aix-en-Provence, France
Jacqueline's love for the landscape is very apparent in her work, in which she paints from her feelings, and combines strong compositions with stunning colours. This gives her work such strength and character and allows her paintings to remain fascinating.
Jacqueline draws her inspiration generally from the landscape, where the North Sea coast and the local Twente region are her favourites. A very special place close to Jacqueline’s heart is Lutterzand, which incorporates the River Dinkel basin. This area of natural beauty continually changes with the seasons and not only touch Jacqueline's senses, but affect her Spiritually too. Further sources of inspiration are her travels to such countries as Indonesia, The Gambia, Tunisia and Sri Lanka. Jacqueline mainly creates abstracts and incorporates various materials into her work, such as acrylics paint, Chinese and East Indian ink, copper, jute, gold and silver leaf and manually scooped paper.
